How To Assemble the Self-Service Elo Kiosk Floor Stand

Objectives

Assemble the Elo kiosk and/or to provide supplemental information to the kiosk assemby process.

Prerequisites

  1.  Elo Kiosk
  2.  Screwdriver set

Instructions

Note: If the assembly instructions that came with the kiosk are used, be aware that there is an error on step 14. It says to go to step 15 for portrait mode, which is actually step 17. Then Step 16a/16b and 19a/19b also have an error at the bottom of the page. They say to "Continue to step 18" when it should be "Continue to step 20."

These are the steps to follow if the original instructions from Elo are used:

  1. Steps 1-9 (Then jump to EMV Cradle documentation)
  2. Steps 14-16b (Landscape) OR Steps 17-19b (Portrait)
  3. Step 20
  4. Steps 24-29

The following is more to the point for FullCount's implementation of the kiosk. Unnecessary steps have been removed and the errata have been fixed. A printable copy can be found at J:\FullCount\Documentation\Support\Hardware Spec Sheets\Elo KioskElo Kiosk Setup - Floor Stand.docx.

*Discard the Android Display Bracket. This will not be used.

*Install EMV Cradle before moving on to step 14.
