Submit POS-X for RMA
This article will show how to submit a POS-X CPU or Ion 8 Tablet for repair.
1. Open up your browser and go to https://www.pos-x.com/support/#rma
2. Under the Support and Repair Requests heading, click the Support Request Form.
3. The form will apear as a drop down to fill in. Enter in the information for the customer. Please use operations@fullcount.net for the email contact.
4. Once finished, click Submit.
5. Someone from POS-X support will send an email regarding the case. They will try and troubleshoot the issue further with you.
6. Once they are sure that there is a malfunction, they will send you options based on the warranty status. If the unit is still under warranty, here are our options (from POS-X):
7. Once an option is selected, POS-X support will process the RMA. *If option 2 is selected (most likely option), you will need the customer to provide a credit card.
8. The defective unit will need to be shipped into POS-X support by the customer, within 14 days after receiving the replacement.
