RMA requests can be sent via email to PT Support, or via a web form

Per their support team:
We require the serial number, detailed problem description and return shipping instructions.
For in warranty repair, the customer is responsible for the shipping to our repair depot. We cover the repair costs and return shipping.
If submitting the RMA request for the customer please send the following email template (edited with the correct information) to support@partnertechcorp.com
We need to submit an RMA on behalf of one of our clients. Please see the information below.
Customer Follow-up
After an email has been sent with the above information to Support@partnertechcorp.com, you will receive an email from a PartnerTech rep who will provide a pdf for the RMA request. This pdf will have the RMA number for this request and the address to which the customer will need to ship the tablet to. Provide the pdf to the customer and recommend that they print off the pdf to be sent with the tablet.

This return slip has the RMA No: for this request, the address to send to and some instructions to review. Below is your RMA No: and the shipping address, let me know if you have any questions.
