How to RMA a DTResearch Tablet Under Warranty
1. Email support@dtri.com
2. In your email include: Serial Number, Shipping Address of FullCount, Summary of issues that required an RMA.
3. DT research will provide an RMA ticket which will include shipping information and an RMA# for the client to ship the tablet in for repair.
4. Once they repair the tablet, they will ship the tablet to the address listed an original RMA request (make sure to have it shipped here first)
5. When tablet is received turn it on, make sure it is working, and check to make sure all network settings are still in place.
6. When tablet is all ready, ship back to customer and make sure to bill it to customer.
