How to Create a USPS shipping label for USB Drives

  • Create lable for your shipment
  • Update a customer's hardware OS image

Prerequisites

Instructions

  1. Go to https://www.usps.com/ and login with the appropriate login information. If you do not know this then please ask someone for assistance.
  2. On the main page, hover over Mail & Ship and click on Click-N-Ship in the menu that drops down.
  3. Fill out the shipping information according to what the customers requests.
  4. Choose a shipping date of Today.
  5. Select Flat Rate Shipping.
  6. Enter a package value of $5.
  7. Select Priority Mail as a Service Type and click Next: Select a Service.
  8. Choose the Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Envelope 6 X 10.
  9. Do not select a signature service. Click Add to Cart.
  10. Double check your cart, make sure all information is correct before proceeding to Next: Billing Information.
  11. Enter in the CVV for the company credit card that will be used to purchase this label. If you do not have any credit card information please ask someone for assistance.
  12. Agree to USPS terms and select Pay and Print.
  13. Print your label, tape it to your package, and drop it off at the nearest USPS drop-off for shipping.
