1. Open up a web browser and go to https://speedship.wwex.com/pls/apex/f?p=77055:101
2. Enter your username and password and login. If you do not know your log in, or do not have one, speak to a FullCount Employee who has admin access.
3. Enter in where the shipment is going.
*If you would like to save the shipping address into the address book, select Save As New Entry from the drop down and enter in the name in the field box for Save this to my Address Book as:
4. Select the shipment date.
5. Select the number of packages (If more than one going to the same place, and you select to have different values for each package, You will enter in the values on a different page).
6. Select the Package type, usually Customer Packaging (default).
7. Enter the weight and dimensions.
8. Enter the Package Insured Value (optional). This number should be our cost of the hardware in case needed to replace via lost shipment/destoryed, not what our price is for customers. If this is a high value, the user will be promted to print a slip that will need to be signed by the UPS driver.
9. Select the shipping service (Ex. UPS Ground).
10. From the additional services, select the Send E-Mail Notifications for all shipments.
11. The reference section will be for reporting on who to bill, and what the shipment was for. There is a drop down on Reference #1. Either Billable to FC Customer or Not billable back to FC Customer. Select an option based on what you are shipping. If you are unsure if the customer should be billed or not, speak with the operations manager.
12. Reference #2 is a free form text to give a description of what you are shipping.
13. Once finished, press Next to continue to the next screen.
14. You will be prompted to enter in any email addresses for shipment notifications. Please enter operations@fullcount.net for the email contact.
15. Select all three boxes for Ship, Exception, Delivery. Once finished Press Next.
16. You will then be brought to the review page. Double check the information entered for any mistakes. Once confirmed, select Print at the bottom on the page. This will open another browser window for you to print the shipping label.
17. Make sure to enter the tracking number and information into tracker so team members may track the shipment if needed.
*Note: If the shipping label is purchased prior to 1:30pm CST UPS will automatically be notified to pick up the package. If after, please schedule a pick up or drop of the package at the nearest UPS location.
