Create an Incident in Statuspage

Create an Incident in Statuspage

  1. Log in at https://manage.statuspage.io
  2. Click on Incidents on the left side
  3. Under Incidents, go to the Open sub-menu and click Create Incident
  4. On the Create Incident screen, click Apply template in the top right corner
  5. Scroll through the incidents templates until you find the FullCount group. Click Incident Reported
  6. A message has been populated. Edit the message to only contain the affected applications
  7. Scroll down to Components Affected. Click the FullCount drop-down and select the appropriate applications related to the outage
  8. Scroll down to Notifications. Decide whether subscribers should receive email communication containing the Incident message
  9. Scroll down to Long Running Inicdent Reminders. Leave that checkmarked.
  10. Click Create at thte bottom.
