support channels.
Instructions for getting the Wi-Fi dongle functional.
Factory
reset the printer. Turn the printer OFF, and then hold down the status
sheet button at the back with a pen, while powering the device on. This
will factory reset the device, and a print out will confirm this status.
Download
the TM-Utility App on any mobile device.
Within
the application, at the top, select the appropriate printer model, and
please use the NFC reader to find the device. Simple tap the back of your
mobile phone against the printer, where the NFC logo is on the top left
side, and you should then be prompted to directly connect to the device.
Alternatively, you can scan the QR code that prints out.
Once
prompted, enter the password for the direct SSID - this will be the Serial
Number of the device.
You
will then be prompted to designate a Wi-Fi network. You will need to
select the network from the list of available networks, and then designate
Manual for IP assignment.
Assign
an available static wireless IP address, along with the appropriate subnet
mask, and default gateway.
Confirm
these changes.
After
selecting Finish, please allow a few moments for the network changes to
apply to the device.
Once
the Wi-Fi symbol on the device stops blinking, it is ready for use.
Ensure
that the IP address is designated as the default receipt printer for your
tablet - you will need to call FullCount support to have this designated. If
you experience any networking issues, you will need to speak to your IT
team to troubleshoot further.
