Replace Receipt Printer on Pioneer All In One

1. Tilt the touchscreen upwards to access the receipt printer.

2. Power off the receipt printer.

3. On each side of the base of the terminal, there will be a button. Press both in at the same time to release the cover around the base of the terminal.

*The image below shows how the base of the terminal will look when the cover is removed.

 

 

4. Unscrew the two thumb screws (one on each side of the receipt printer) that are securing the printer to the terminal.

5. Slide the printer out until it has cleared the tracks.

6. Flip over the printer to view underneath.

7. Disconnect the cables running into the printer.

8. Take the replacement printer, run the cables just removed through the housing, and reattach them.

9. Flip the receipt printer back over and slide it back into the tracks on the base of the terminal.

10. Secure the thumb screws.

11. Replace the cover.

12. Power on the receipt printer and check to make sure paper is loaded and feeding correctly.
