Instructions
Axia Control Center Dashboard
1. Online Terminals - Shows all online terminals that are registered to FullCount Communities. These are turned on and have internet connection.
2. Transaction Time - This gives the average time to process a transaction for a given day for all terminals registered to FullCount Communities.
3. Offline Terminals - Shows all offline terminals that are registered to FullCount Communities. These are either turned off or do NOT have internet connection.
4. Terminal Versions - This chart gives a summary of terminal versions for all Terminals that are registered to FullCount Communities.
Axia Control Center Organizations
1. Total number of organizations - Here you will see the number of different organizations that are registered as FullCount Communities.
2. Name - In the name column you will find an alphabetically sorted list of all of the different organizations that are registered as FullCount Communities.
3. Created at - This gives the corresponding date in which the organization was registered as a FullCount Community.
4. API Token - Click to Reveal the communities API Token. Use this on the Community page in the back office to enable Axia.
5. API ID - Click to Reveal the API ID. Use this on the Community page in the back office to enable Axia.
Axia Control Center Merchants
1. EMV Setting - This setting determines whether the community is set up to use chip cards.
a. EMV Setting – False: Allows tipping through "written on" receipts.
b. EMV Setting – True: Allows tipping through the credit card terminal.
Axia Control Center Terminals
1. Name - The name column gives the name of every terminal that is registered as a FullCount Community.
2. Serial Number - This column gives the corresponding serial number of every terminal that is registered as a FullCount Community.
3. Online - This column gives the corresponding status of every terminal that is registered as a FullCount Community.
4. Filters - You can select parameters here to narrow the number of terminals shown on this page.
a. All Organizations - On this drop down you can select the community that houses the Axia terminal in question. If you select the wrong community by accident, you can reset the parameter to All Organizations.
b. All Sources - On this drop down you can select communities that are nested under a parent organization (Ex. Presbyterian Homes and Services - Presbyterian Homes of Bloomington).
c. All States - On this drop down you can select the state of the terminal of which you are searching. The state that you are going to be searching for the most is Deployed. (Ordered, Provisioned, Shipped, Deployed, Disabled, Returned, Lost)
d. Offline/Online - On this drop down you can select the terminals that are either Offline or Online.
5. Search - This search field will return anything you search for that is in any of the columns listed below.
Axia Terminal Info
1. Across the top of the terminal information you will find FullCount/Community Name/ Name of Terminal.
2. Serial Number - This is the serial number of the terminal, double check this with the customer on the phone.
3. Token - You will have to click to reveal this token. If the terminal is asking for a token, this is the code that will need to be typed into the terminal via T9 Word.
4. Terminal Status - Shows the status of the terminal that you are currently looking at.
a. Online - This terminal is on and has internet connection.
b. Offline - This terminal is either turned off or does NOT have internet connection.
5. Transaction Times - Shows the average time it takes to complete a transaction. If this has increased it could mean slow internet connection.
6. Terminal Logs - Shows the logs for the credit card transactions. Click "Fetch Logs" to pull data.
7. After fetching the logs, the Timestamp, Type and Message are available to view for support purposes.
