Axia Integration Set-Up

Objectives

Set-up Axia credit card integration

Prerequisites

Access to FullCount back office application

Organization Id, API Token, and API ID for community's Axia instance

Serial numbers of Axia terminals

Instructions

  1. Under the Communities page, add a new row under Axia Settings.
  2. Fill in the Organization Id, API ID, and API Token.
  3. Save the community record.
  4. Under the Terminals page, fill in the serial number of the Axia terminal on the Axia Terminal Serial Number field.
  5. Save the terminal records.
  6. Confirm that credit mode is turned on via the mode settings.
  7. Confirm that the Community and its Axia Terminals are showing up in the Axia Payment Fusion Control Center.
