Monthly Customer Follow Up process

Create new folder for current month under J:\FullCount\Documentation\Support\Customer Follow-Up.

Copy Template_Master.xlsx to new folder and rename.

Query Tracker notes from last 30 days

1. Open SQL Developer and connect to the tracker_fullcount_net database as user tracker_fullcount_net.  Execute command 'use tracker_fullcount_net;'
2. Select SQL tab and copy contents from http://sourcecontrol.fullcount.net/repos/database/trunk/reports/fullcount_team/tracker_notes_by_org_30_days.txt into query box.  Run query.
3. Copy all contents from result tab in SQL Developer to Tracker Notes tab in master spreadsheet.

Generate additional information from cloud-hosted and on-premise servers

1. In SQL Developer, check connections to remote servers using http://sourcecontrol.fullcount.net/repos/database/trunk/support/fc_obj_admin/remote_connections/request_connections_to_remote_servers_not_connected.sql   ***** DO NOT FORGET TO COMMIT AFTER REQUESTING CONNECTIONS *****

2. Once as many communities as possible are connected, execute following on fcadmin01 as root user and copy content (e-mailed as csv attachment to dba@fullcount.net) from each to corresponding spreadsheet under Remote Hosted section (serial number will be excluded).

6. fcadmin01:/srv/ansible/playbooks/groups/remote_servers # ansible-playbook check_carryover_not_closing.yml
7. fcadmin01:/srv/ansible/playbooks/groups/remote_servers # ansible-playbook check_kitchen_display_files.yml

3. In SQL Developer, execute following while connected to prod as privileged user (such as SYSTEM or personal user with access to both FC_OBJ_OWNER and FC_OBJ_ADMIN schemas).  Copy results to corresponding spreadsheet under Cloud Hosted section.
