Resident Portal?
- The
customer must be on FullCount's cloud-hosted solution.
- The
FullCount Resident Portal application must be licensed.
- How
does a customer request activation for API Connect - Resident Portal?
- API
Connect - Resident Portal requires a signed agreement from the customer
allowing FullCount to share customer data with a 3rd party vendor/client
as well as licensing the API Connect - Resident Portal product.
- What
is the cost for API Connect - Resident Portal?
- Please
contact FullCount Sales for the latest licensing costs.
- How
long does it take to activate API Connect - Resident Portal?
- Activation
for API Connect - Resident Portal is dependent on the 3rd party
vendor/client.
- If
the 3rd party vendor/client has completed the validation process with
FullCount, the duration from receiving a signed agreement to activation
is generally a few weeks.
- If
the 3rd party vendor/client has not completed the validation process
with FullCount, no expectations should be set as the duration is solely
dependent on the 3rd party vendor/client completing the validation
process.
