We have enabled the <API Connect AND/OR Single-Sign-On> integration between FullCount and <Partner> from the FullCount side. I have included the <Partner> team on this e-mail so they can provide guidance on next steps.
Please be aware the FullCount Back Office application will display an additional message when adding customers/residents:
If you receive a different message when adding customers/residents or have any additional questions around the integration, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
One area we would like to emphasize is the requirement to enter an e-mail for new customers (residents and/or employees). Modifications for existing customers will not require an e-mail be entered. The e-mail is not validated at this time so a ‘filler’ value can be used if the customer does not have an e-mail.
The FullCount Database Community ID for <Community Name> is <Community Id>.
