Note: Customers must have a license to enable the gift card module via a signed work order.

 

COMMUNITY PAGE

  • Set “Gift Card Licensed” to Yes.
  • If necessary, update the Magnetic Stripe Gift Card Settings.

Log out of the back office and back in.

 

ADMIN CENTER/SECURITY

  • Add the following roles, as applicable to the BO Administrator role
    • Gift Card Types – Full or Read Only
    • Gift Cards – Full or Read Only

Log out of the back office and back in.

 

The Gift Card tab should not be visible within the Community button.
