Objectives
Create charge account usage custom fields in the back
office.
Prerequisites
Access to back office application
Instructions
- Create
Custom Defined Field with Data Type of Charge Account Usage.
- For
each charge account that the alert should be active for, update the Custom
Defined Fields section. If Display Usage When is set to Usage Over X, be
sure to set the Display Usage Value.
- For
each mode that these alerts should appear, set Balance Alerts to Yes.
- Assign
the custom field to all residents who should have the alert.
