Objectives

Create account balance custom fields in the back office.

Prerequisites

Access to back office application

Instructions

  1. Create Custom Defined Field with Data Type of Account Balance.
  2. For each plan that the alert should be active for, update the Custom Defined Fields section. If Display Balance When is set to Within X of Balance, be sure to set the Display Balance Value.
  3. For each mode that these alerts should appear, set Balance Alerts to Yes.
  4. Assign the custom field to all residents who should have the alert.
