Setting up 365 Retail Markets to FullCount Integration

Setting up 365 Retail Markets to FullCount Integration

Objectives

Set up the integration between FullCount and a 365 Retail Markets platform so that users of the 365 platform can charge their purchases to their FullCount accounts.

Prerequisites

None

Instructions

Steps for FullCount personnel to configure the FullCount Platform

For each 365 Location associated with the Customer Organization wanting the integration, enter a row into the "365 Dining Integration Connections" section of the FullCount Back Office Organization Tab (fka Community Tab).

The Department(s) referred to on these integration configuration rows must have a "Self-Service (2023)" mode associated with it.

Ensure that the organization does not have any market locations where they want to have some available Items be eligible to be covered by the allowance and other Items not eligible for any Allowance Plan.  The reason for this is that each 365 location will only use one FC Item and that Item will be just one Item Type and that Item Type will either be configured to be eligible to be covered the the allowance or not for each Allowance Plan for each Customer Type.

See Montgomery Place as an example.

Scanning Capability Notes

MM6 and MM6 Mini will include a barcode scanner.  Therefore, the FullCount Customer QR Code ID or a barcode representing a Swipe Card ID for the Customer.  RFID reader can be plugged into these kiosks if desired so that RFID fobs/cards can be used for Swipe Card IDs as well. It was decided that it would be the FullCount team that would be responsible for ordering and installing (or talking the customer through it) the RFID readers.

Pico versions and Stockwells, like the MM6's, will have a barcode scanner.  So, the QR Code and barcode comments from the previous paragraph also apply.  But the RFID readers were not possible with Pico versions and Stockwells as of June 2025.  But as of September 2025, Darwin is hearing that perhaps 365 is working on making RFID scanning be possible for these.
