Firefox Can't Connect Securely to portal.fullcount.net
If a terminal receives the below message:

This means that this particular terminal is running an old
version of Firefox (2.0 or older). This is received because SSLV3 is no longer
enabled.
Resolution
To fix this, the terminal must be updated with a new OS
image.
To do so:
1. Check with an IT contact at the community to see if they
already have an OS image install CD/DVD or USB drive.
- If
they do not know what that is, check the tracker notes to see if we have
shipped them one recently.
2. If they do have an OS image to install, please follow the
directions in this article
to update the terminal.
3. If they do NOT have an OS image, a new install USB
drive must be shipped to them.
