Disable Mixed Content Blocking

Introduction

A new security feature called "mixed content blocking" was added to Firefox in version 23. This feature causes problems with the touchscreen application, and needs to be disabled.

Instructions

  1. Start Firefox.
  2. In the address bar, type about:config and press Enter.
  3. Click on the button labeled "I accept the risk!".
  4. In the search field, type block_active.
  5. Set the value for security.mixed_content.block_active_content to false.
