Belmont Village Web Service Set-Up

The following steps should be completed to set up the Sensys integration for Belmont Village communities.

  1. Create the following rows in the PROPERTIES table.
    1. SENSYS_WEB_SERVICE_SERVER - belpos.belmontvillage.com
    2. SENSYS_WEB_SERVICE_LOGIN - contact a member of the development team. The value is the same for all Belmont communities.
    3. FACILITY_ID - 4 digit value provided by Belmont Village corporate.
  2. Populate Resident Billing File Community Identifier on the Community page in the back office with the 4 digit value provided by Belmont Village corporate.

The URL used to access the integration is https://belpos.belmontvillage.com/api/posperson/<FacilityId>.

Workflow

The following steps should be completed to set up the scheduled reports integration for Belmont Village communities.

  1. Add row to SCHEDULED_REPORTS.
    1. REPORT_NAME - Sensys
    2. COMMUNITY_ID - <FullCount Community Id>
    3. REPORT_PARAMETERS - {'communityId': '<4 digit value from Belmont Village corporate>','fileName':'<Provided by Belmont Village Corporate'}
    4. DELIVERY_METHOD - Windows File Share
    5. SERVER - belfp02.belmontvillage.com
    6. USERNAME - Contact development team for this information.
    7. PASSWORD - Contact development team for this information.
    8. FILE_LOCATION - FULLCOUNT
    9. DOMAIN - belmont
