The Enterprise Hub does not cost the enterprise any additional fees but we need a signed Enterprise Hub Request form to create the instance.
1. Fill out the Enterprise Hub Request form with the communities that the enterprise will include. Please note that each community can only be a part of ONE Enterprise instance.
a. The Enterprise Hub Request form can be found at the following location:

2. Send the completed form to the customer to sign.
3.Once you get the signed document back, create a Redmine using the New Enterprise Instance template.
4. The Redmine task is to create the new Enterprise instance and link the proper communities.
5. After the instance has been completed, the Enterprise User Accounts must be created and linked to the Community User Accounts. If there are several users that need setup, the development team can be asked for assistance. A walkthrough on how to create an enterprise user and link them to a community user can be found here.
