Park Place of Elmhurst Census Integration Set-Up
Provinet has created a web service interface to allow
FullCount to grab resident and employee information for Providence Life. This
allows users to enter resident information into myUnity and employee
information into ADP and have the interface enter them into FullCount. This web
service runs overnight at 2 AM and updates all resident and employee
information. Below are the steps for set up.
- In the
back office, under the ADT Integration tab, add a row with the following
information.
- System-
Providence Life Integration
- Facility
Ids – Comma separated list of facility ids to queue
- Server–
URL of server at Provinet - customer.provinet.com
- Username
- Contact development for this information.
- Password
-Contact development for this information.
- Log
into the back office and update the following fields on the Communities
tab.
- HL7
Facility Number(s) - This will be the community specific identifier given
from Providence Life that will serve as the suffix of the file being
grabbed.
- Confirm
that charge accounts and customer types start with Resident and Employee.
- In
the back office, on the Plans page, fill in the HL7 integration section.
For HL7 query, enter the SQL where clause that will determine if the
resident should have this meal plan.
- Contact
implementer to check if new residents and employees appear.
