FullCount Back Office integration with Trinity Health
Documentation created by Trinity Health (Lori McMichael) and distributed to Trinity Health users. This has been provided to FullCount for reference purposes:
Document 1:
On Monday, Sept 16, 2019, you will need to change the way you access Back Office FullCount!
We are making this change at the request of our Security team. This will help ensure our customer and employee information is as secure as we can make it! You will access FullCount by clicking on the new icon in your Trinity Application Window. Below is a sample of my application window.
Refresh button in lower left hand corner
DIRECTIONS- on Monday morning- 9/16/19
1. Click on the icon in your application window. If the icon is not there- click on the refresh icon at the bottom left of the application window. This window will come up- click on the Authenticate with Trinity-Health bar
2. The screen below will come up. Enter your trinity network username and password to access FullCount Back Office
That is it! Nothing else in the application changes!
One last thing! PLEASE delete the shortcut you were using before!
Document 2:
If something went wrong in the setup of new users. You may get two potential errors.
The error below means the person trying to access was not set up correctly. They need to be added to the correct AD group. This requires a ticket to SN and/or a SAR request –contact your Local FullCount Admin. For Bellbrook that is Michael Call
Another possible error, seen below, means the user's email address was not entered in FullCount as required. This user should contact their local FullCount ADMIN to add their email to FullCount. For Bellbrook that is Michael Call.
Additional documentation provided by FullCount Technical Team to aid in supporting Trinity Health users:
1. New URL for Trinity Health Back Office users
2. If a Trinity Health user attempts to login using the standard Back Office URL, the below message will appear with a link to the Trinity-Health login page:
***Project Managers will continue to have the ability to login via the standard Back Office URL.
3. An additional message will show under Admin Center -> Security -> View Details warning the user of Authentication and Access Management outside of the FullCount Back Office. User will not have the option to change password since authentication is handled outside of the FullCount Back Office:
4. Additional functionality is available under My Account -> Edit Account to manage registration for the current user. This is only available for the logged in user (i.e. logged in user cannot access these features for another user):
