1.  Are you currently using myUnity?

Yes

  • Proceed to question 2.

No

  • Have signed contract and in process of implementing?
    • If yes, what is timeframe for implementation?  Proceed to question 2.
    • If no, then conversation may be occurring too early in process.  Be sure to add note in Tracker with details.

 2.  Is myUnity hosted at NetSmart or on-premise?

  • Hosted at NetSmart are candidates for FullCount's standard integration.  Proceed to question 3.
  • Hosted on-premise are not candidates for FullCount's standard integration but can still be accomplished (UMH communities working with ProviNet are example).  Proceed to question 3.

3.  Are you a current FullCount customer?

Yes

  • Do you have a signed contract/work order for integration from FullCount?
    • Yes
      • Do you have a signed contract/work order for integration from NetSmart?
        • Add note in Tracker and refer to Development
        • Community will need to reach out to their Client Alignment Executive (CAE) to begin the sales process at NetSmart, if they have not completed a contract. They will need to have a statement of work (SOW) for the subscription completed.
    • No
      • Add note in Tracker and refer to Sales/Development

No

  • Add note in Tracker and refer to Sales
