Developer Emails

 Developers will receive a large amount of emails, and it can be tough to determine which emails are important and which can be ignored. This table contains the information so developers can determine just that.

To - FullCount Team

These are generally emails from one employee of FullCount to the rest of the team. Generally they contain updates on schedules, but can contain other important information, so make sure to pay attention to these.

From – redmine@fullcount.net

Notifications from Redmine, our task tracking software. You’ll get these whenever someone updates a task that your assigned to, you’ve created, or you’re a watcher of. Make sure you pay attention to these.

From – alertmanager@fullcount.net

These emails alert us to important warnings and errors on our production environments. They can tells us if our programs are about to go down, or if they are down. You should pay attention to them so you know what’s going on, but this will be taken care of by designated developer and systems personnel.

Warns us that our applications could be down (if FAILED) or is back online (if SUCCESSFUL). Taken care of by a designated developer, but make sure you pay attention to these emails so you know what's going on.

Gives us our new baseline file each month after the central release. Update your baseline with this process.

This email is generally used by our integration partners to ask us development-related questions. These emails will be taken care of by designated developer and systems personnel.
